Returns Guide
Thank you for choosing The Revelrie. While we strive to deliver products you'll adore, if you're not entirely happy, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please refer to the guidelines below for a smooth return or exchange process.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange, email us at returns@therevelrie.com with your order number as the subject.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original state—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
Items should be repacked in the original packaging.
Returning Faulty Items
Faulty items may be returned only if they were defective upon delivery.
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected. Items showing normal wear and tear or damage due to improper washing (contrary to our care instructions) will not qualify as faulty.
If the item is deemed faulty and a replacement is available, we will send it to you upon request. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose to receive either:
A refund for the item’s purchase price, including original shipping costs.
A credit note to use for future purchases.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to process, in line with regulatory guidelines.
Country-Specific Returns
Returns must be initiated from the country where the order was originally shipped. For example, items delivered to the United Kingdom must be returned from the United Kingdom. Returns from a different country may incur import and shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
